Hi! I’m Leah Sottosanti,
Thank you for being here!
15 years ago I lost my sister to mental illness and struggled with grief and the inability to process this loss. I was latching on to behaviors that didn’t serve me, feeling unfulfilled, and not knowing where to turn.
I began experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, severe hormone imbalance, and gut health issues. I was at rock bottom when I decided to rebuild and take back control of my life and health. It took a breakdown to have a breakthrough, which I am incredibly grateful for as it led me to my purpose - coaching.
I became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach to help others achieve their wellness goals and experience the benefits of transformation.
Through personalized guidance and evidence-based strategies, I empower individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their physical, mental, and emotional health. Whether you're looking to improve your nutrition, reduce stress, enhance your sleep quality, get more active, or strengthen your relationships, I'm here to support you.
Together, let's embark on a journey towards a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled you!
My Approach
I take an integrative, client-centric approach, collaborating with individuals seeking to improve their well-being by meeting them where they are in their journey and supporting them throughout. Along the way, I use motivational interviewing, reflections, mindfulness, and a range of techniques to raise awareness and encourage the evolution of thoughts.
In this process, I provide support in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, ensuring all interactions are respectful. My goal is to help clients make small, achievable changes that lead to significant results.
Dream it
Together we explore your autonomy, strengths, motivators, and values to inspire sustainable change, create healthy habits, and build self-efficacy.
Achieve it
Through exploration and setting well-defined goals, we will create a clear action plan, identifying potential barriers and challenges as progress isn’t always linear.
